The company has an exclusive section for spare parts which are genuine and original to that of the scooters. And hence you would get an immediate replacement that too without any kind of trouble going here and there finding for that spare part. Make sure you read and understand what is guaranteed before you buy the vehicle. Most of us do the mistake of not reading the paper work. It is important that we are not surprised when the company says that some parts are guaranteed while some are not.
